What happens next
- We acknowledge and verify the request.
- We identify the relevant PTCorp service and tenant organisation.
- The tenant and PTCorp review legal, safeguarding, incident and records-management requirements.
- Approved data is deleted or irreversibly de-identified across controlled records and objects.
- We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and its review date.
We normally provide a decision within 30 calendar days. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an organisation’s subscription or erase records that must lawfully be retained.
In the ptNexus app
Use Account → Privacy and data → Delete account when this option is available in your installed version. The web form remains available to people who cannot sign in.
Retention exceptions
Some data may remain temporarily restricted where it is required for a complaint, incident, safeguarding matter, legal hold, financial record or another applicable obligation. Details are in our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
